  I did feel light headed and a little queasy afterwards. However this is to be expected with a thorough, deep tissue massage that allows the metabolic waste that's been trapped due to lack of blood flow to be released. The feeling was reassurance that the massage had done more than simply provide short lived relief.

  The premises were clean and tidy and everyone from reception to the massage therapist was polite and professional. I attended due to neck and back pain. Despite particularly tender areas that have resulted in previous massages being uncomfortable, this massage therapist was able to work on the areas without causing more pain and ultimately provided relief. The massage also included some work with hot stones which helped to provide further relief.
