  I paid to get the property bond cleaned. Yet they're trying to charge me extra cleaning when I wasn't given an opportunity to go in and clean what wasn't up to standard or get the lady who I'd already paid to go and do it. I wasn't even told what it was that wasn't accepted just charged and told about it. 2 months after moving out. I've never not got my bond back. I'm an OCD clean freak.

  I would nerver rent through this agency again. Not that I ever chose to. Really unprofessional and unfair.

  I have been calling locations once or twice a week trying to get my bond back. It's been over 2 months and I really need that money. I'm sick to death of chancing them. I now live 7 hours away. It's been 2 months. Still no closer to gettin my bond back. I paid my rent every week on time and even over paid one week but just left it. The property was left cleaner than when I moved in yet there.

  To start with they tried to blame me for existing damage to carpet then later dropped it when I had proof it was pre existing.
