  My mother visited the store for passport photos, the owner mentioned that there are no refunds at the time the photos were taken. But given they do passport photos my mother believed there would not be any issue. She proceeded to submit her passport application which was declined as the photo did not meet the requirements.

  Went into the shop on Wednesday to ask the price of passport photo Errol said $20 for 6 photos and a CD with pic on it. So on Friday went in and asked them 2 take one.. when it came to payment they said i did not get a digital copy but for an extra $15 they could put it on a usb. As it was for a UK passport i did not require the hardcopy just digital but they also said they could not email it to me. I then drove home to get a usb (to save $), on return they then said it would cost me another $10! Not very happy with the customer service, go to the post office and you will get digital & hardcopies for $20!! And a lot less mucking around..

  The first time I came here owner sat on phone and ignored me for 20minutes eventually I got fed up and left. Second time I came back to get passport photos for my newborn and they were denied by passport office. I returned to get repeat photos and he didn't have any patience with taking the photo as my child was fussy. He gave us 10seconds literally of trying to calm her down and told us to just take the photo ourself at home or go to a different post office and try the first photo with them. Terrible and rude service.
