  It's a typical Bunnings. Comprehensive range, competitive prices, good service. There is nothing more to say.

  I always have had a good experience shopping at the Gladstone store. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is that the self checkouts are not always open which means that I have to stand in a line, which is not good for my back

  Had enough of the bad service there. There are a couple of really helpful people there and they should get praise for it. But recently i experienced staff abusing each other very loudly. Then staff going off at customers cause they didnt want to help them. I think 1 star is too much for a lot of the staff at this store.
