  Missing/broken fittings are not helpful. We had several issues with the first room - bathroom light not working, tv not working. We requested another room only to find the soap holder in the shower was broken, we had to ask for soap for the hand basin. Not good enough.... I also noticed a number of other issues while walking around the hotel which indicates this hotel is becoming tired. Rooms should not be let out unless they are in complete working order.

  Friendly staff, reasonably comfy beds and free breakfast. Close to shops and eateries. Gym was closed for renovation and the spa didn't work. A very reasonable hotel.

  Location is good. Rooms were clean and had reasonable amount of space. I did like the breakfast, there was plenty of variety offered. Staff were friendly and helpful but made excuses for poor maintenance. It is supposed to be 4.5 stars but not if it is not maintained properly.

  After confusion with their sister accommodation/ apartments just down the road which was very frustrating the management at this place saved the day! They really looked after us and quickly turned around our experience in Gladstone which was turning quite sour. The room itself was great too but the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Highly recommend!

  Really nice self contained apartments affordable with all the amenities of a resort. Wonderful secure under cover park, Bbq area as well as a heated spa and large swimming pool. 4stars :)

  Clean comfortable rooms and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I will be staying here every time i visit Gladstone.
