  Incredibly rude and unprofessional, missed 115 items on our entry condition report and refuse to accept it as it took us a day longer than the date it was due in because we found that many missed items. After enquiring around town about other peoples experiences I have found so many that had similar treatment and even had to goto court (and win). Absolutely no interest in protecting the tenants and too lazy to do their job properly neighbors said they did our 5 berdoom house inspection in 20mins

  Extremely unprofessional. Have lost payments I have made and that they have sent me confirmation of, but now telling me I have to chase it up. Very dodgy charged me for a bond clean after telling me that the clean I had done was very close to a bond clean. There were 3 things left needing to be done and they took $500 from me instead of paying landlord rent from my bond like we had organised, leaving me with a listing on Tica. Do yourself a favour do not rent or let you home through this realestate. Never had a problem with 15 years or prior rental history. Disgusting

  These people are just money hungry grubs and will try to scam you for every cent please PLEASE!!! go with another real estate and don't make that mistake, you'll thank me later. Worst. Real Estate. Ever.
