  Had the worse experience with GOOD REAL ESTATE!! We where very good tenents! rent always on time took care of the home! The guy that is the property manager there is a crook! He will do what ever it takes to take your bond so if you go through them make sure you logde your bond before they do so you know what they are trying to take..

  The receipts seemed pretty dodgy and the company that was written on one of the invoices doesn’t exist in the phone book.

  They made 2 claims on my bond money, but refused to tell me what I needed to pay for. Numerous emails and phone calls were made, but no reply was ever given regarding them taking my money.

  I had to ask the RTA for my bond money back and they were the ones who told me Good RE were taking money from my bond and what it was for.

  Do not use them. I also did not receive any inspection reports until I persisted and they issued me with two, which stated the property was neat and tidy what a joke, there were holes in the walls, broken lights, broken blinds, the carpet took 4 hours to clean, it took 2 people two 12 hour days to clean the property grass also took two days to cut. The reports we received were not signed or dated, therefore I do not believe they attended at the property. We had to evict the tenants as they were not paying rent, which we did not find out about for approximately six weeks. We have just gone through our insurance for loss of rent and damage to the property.

  They did not provide an end of contract condition report so I didn’t know they had no intention of returning my bond back in full.

  Very disappointed . $ must be sooo important in this so called quiet time for gladstone rentals. Always others I guess.

  I could go on and on, but I won’t. I will however, very strongly recommend that it would be better to deal with a more professional agency and one that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’ve been ripped off.
