    Poor communication with customers. Very rude property managers. Staff are very intrusive and disrespectful during inspections.

    Unfriendly welcome - "what are you after?" Looking for a rental property "here's our list" paper shoved on the bench to read. Walked straight back out. Catch ya

    Very unpleasant and unhelpful desk staff. Misleading and very unsatisfactory service. Our references didnt even get contacted and yet we were denied anyway. The "protocol" that is "required" is too far streched and they wont help anyone get anyone get a house unless they have a job. Far too much discrimination against those who try to purely benifit themselves.
