    Staff were awesome and the steak was cooked beautifully. Plenty of seating, would recommend booking a table if you are planning to go with group.

    Booking was at 5pm at 6.58pm still no sign of food. Finally it comes out and it's cold. We are a group of 7 local families with 7 kids in the group. The service was atrocious and had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. The duty manager had attitude and showed no empathy towards any of our group. I think that the owner needs to step up and take some accountability as their team obviously needs help in all aspects of hospitality. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Hogs breath Gladstone you just lost 7 local families business.
